Participant Cancellation 
If an attendee cancels their registration before 8 April 2026, they will be eligible for a full refund. After this date, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Where practicable, registrations may be transferred to another person. Please email [email protected] to request any changes. You will not be able to transfer a registration to another person after the 14 May 2026. 
 


Alteration or Cancellation by WAGGGS 
In the unlikely event that the Conference must be significantly altered or cancelled, WAGGGS will refund as much of the registration fee as possible. The amount will be determined after deducting any non-refundable or uninsurable costs. 

Important: WAGGGS will not refund any travel, accommodation, or other external costs associated with attending the event and participants should ensure they have the appropriate insurance for this.
