Each region holds a Regional Conference once every three years. Key volunteer leaders and senior staff of the Member Organisations from the region attend the conference to celebrate achievements of the past three years and discuss strategies for the future development of Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting.
 

Each conference elects six volunteers from the Member Organisations to the Regional Committee. The Committee work closely with regional staff to deliver the Region Action Plans.
