đ The Procedural Team will work closely with Member Organisations to support their understanding of the Rules of Procedure. Acting in a fair, consistent, and impartial manner, the team will coordinate and clarify Proposed Motions and Proposed Amendments to ensure a smooth and transparent decision-making process.
đ During the World Conference, the Procedural Team will support the Conference Chair by ensuring that the WAGGGS Constitution and Bye-Laws, as well as the Rules of Procedure, are correctly implemented and adhered to. Following the Conference, the team is responsible for preparing the final record of decisions, capturing all decisions taken, and providing a clear summary of the key discussion points.
