To ensure the World Conference runs smoothly, we are pleased to share with you the Rules of Procedure for consultation.
The Rules of Procedure (attached at the bottom of this page) were last approved by Member Organisations at the 38th World Conference in 2023.
We are now inviting Member Organisations to share their feedback on the current Rules of Procedure and to suggest any amendments they believe may be needed. If you would like to share feedback, propose changes, or request a one-to-one meeting to discuss the Rules of Procedure, please email [email protected] by 23:59 UTC on 1 January 2026.
The Governance Committee and Procedural Team will review your feedback and suggestions and share an updated draft version of the Rules of Procedure in mid-January 2026. This will include a summary of how feedback received has been incorporated.
Member Organisations then have a further opportunity to propose changes to the Rules of Procedure by submitting a Proposed Motion for consideration at the World Conference. The deadline for Proposed Motions is 26 February 2026.
