We are thrilled to celebrate the successful launch of the National Master Trainers Programme for STEM Changemakers in Malaysia with the Girl Guides Association of Malaysia. This marks a pivotal step in WAGGGS’ global efforts to inspire and equip the next generation of female leaders through STEM.
Through the STEM Changemakers programme, we are moving beyond traditional STEM knowledge to give girls and young women the support they need to take action, lead, and advocate for change.

The training brought together 50 passionate participants from across the country, all united by a commitment to empower girls and young women through STEM. Over the course of the training, they gained the knowledge and skills needed to facilitate and lead the diverse STEM Changemakers curriculum nationwide.

This first cohort of Master Trainers represents the foundation of our national rollout strategy designed to reach thousands of girls and young women. By training these leaders, we are setting in motion a powerful ripple effect. These incredible Master Trainers are now prepared to train the next batch of facilitators who will then bring this dynamic curriculum to even more girls and young women across the country.
Step by step, this movement will reach and inspire thousands of girls and young women to see themselves as innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders shaping the future through STEM.
