The Federation Projects:

Resilience: for all young and adults scouts.

Co- Existence: The main project of the federation is the coexistence of all Scout movements and organizations. The project takes place annually and aims to connect the Scout tribes from the various sectors through organized meetings throughout the year, which are hosted each individual tribe. Around 500 trainees from all the scouts organizations and movements participate in this activity and run by volunteers who are graduates of the movements. The activities create long-term friendships between the trainees, which in time, also encourage the participants to become instructors themselves. During the project meetings, we aim to use Scouts tools to aid in the learning of different cultures and customs. The federation also conducts activities of "neighboring tribes" designed to produce long-term relationships between different tribes in geographical proximity.

The Wood Badge Course: From its beginning, the Federation offers the Wood Badge Course every few years. Each Scout movements and organizations participate and take part in this course. The course takes place at the Scout Farm and is intended for adults who serve in key positions (employees and volunteers) within their organization. The Wood Badge Course exists in most Scout associations and federations around the world, and is considered the most prestigious and important course today in the global Scout movements. The course program has been adapted to the Israeli culture, with original content supplemented by theoretical topics with a strong emphasis on the coexistence of the various sectors of the multicultural and religious societies in the State of Israel.

Sea Badge Course: The Sea Badge Course is the continuation course of The Wood Badge Course in the Israeli federation. Participants go through challenging maritime activities and receive the Sea Badge upon completion. The goals of the course are: Going to the next level of the Wood Badge course. Providing additional training tools for federation members using ocean activities and improving processes. The scouts who successfully complete the course are qualified as boat crew members and receive the Sea Badge and a graduation certificate.

Scouting Badge Course: This original course was first held in Israel in 2005. Similar in content to the Wood Badge course, but instead aimed for 17 year old scouts from all the Scout organizations and movements. The course is named after Arieh Karuch, a key founder of the Scout movement in Israel in 1919. Of the total participants, 50% are Jews and 50% are Arabs and Druze. The course staff is composed similarly, where trainees from all parts of Israeli society work together.
