Together We Thrive: Asia Pacific Region Unity Pin 2025
🎉 Unity Pin Sales is Now On 🎉
In 2025, we are delighted to introduce a new fundraising initiative for the Asia Pacific Region of WAGGGS - the "Together We Thrive: Asia Pacific Region Unity Pin". 💪🏻 This project comprises two key components:
1. AP Region Unity Pin Design Competition
2. AP Region Unity Pin Sales
🌟 The winning design was announced and has been produced into the FIRST Asia Pacific Region Unity Pin in limited quantities 😍 This pin will play a central role in our fundraising endeavors through both online and physical sales at the15th Regional Conference in India.
Details of pin and sales below:
- 1” diameter metal pin
- With safety pin
- Winner's name, winning MO and 2025 are embossed at the back
- Available through online orders and physical sales at Regional Conference
- First-come-first-served; While stock lasts

Order Process
- Fill out the below Google Form to place your order.
- Ensure all details, including name, contact information, quantity, and delivery preference, are accurate.
- After order is submitted, the buyer will receive invoice for making payment based on the payment method preferred.
- Order will be confirmed after successful payment by receiving confirmation email/message.
- Orders are non-refundable after confirmation.

Payment Methods
- Available payment methods: Bank transfer to WAGGGS account, Credit Card, Cash on pick-up at 15th Regional Conference in August.
- Payment must be completed within 7 days after receiving the invoice. The payment should be titled as “APR Unity Pin Order-Buyer's name-Quantity ordered”.
- Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID) should then be sent to the AP Region email: [email protected] and [email protected]
Delivery and Collection Arrangement
- Buyers can choose to either pick up their pins at the 15th Regional Conference in India, or opt for delivery via international courier.
- For international delivery, shipping cost will be applied to the customer. The amount will be determined by the weight and Country of delivery after order placed.
- Pins will be shipped within 2 weeks after payment is settled.
- Self collection will be available at the 15th Regional Conference merchandise shop in August 2025. Buyer needs to provide the name of Member Organisation or collector in advance. The concerned invoice should be shown on-site upon collection.
