As part of Strategic Goal 3 of our Global Strategy, WAGGGS is conducting a Governance Review in 2025. This review aims to improve organisational practices, continue to enhance quality, and ensure the long-term sustainability of WAGGGS. A key focus is increasing the participation of young women in governance roles, as outlined in Motion 7 and previous World Conference motions.
