Opportunity Extended - We are looking for Tech and Admin Volunteers for the next International Facilitation Training cohort!

The Tech & Admin Volunteers (4 roles) will be the primary points of contact for their cohort, ensuring that links are shared, providing online tech support in sessions and editing/uploading session recordings in Campfire. Two Tech & Admin Volunteers would begin in late June 2026 and run until the end of November 2026 and the two others begin at the start of July until the end of December 2026. 

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

Language: Fluency (native speaker or equivalent) in English is required. We are especially interested to hear from bilingual English/French volunteers. 

Technology: A stable Internet connection (particularly for planning calls and session delivery), knowledge of Miro and Campfire (or willingness to learn), knowledge of video editing. 

Personal abilities: This role is entirely online so you’ll need to work well in virtually, and be able to meet deadlines during the cohort.

What will we expect from you? 

You must be an existing member of the WAGGGS volunteer pool and able to commit to volunteering for the duration of the cohort. We expect you to perform your volunteer role to the best of your ability and act professionally when representing WAGGGS. 

What will you get in return? 

You’ll get to support the next generation of WAGGGS facilitators from across the world, whilst working with a team of incredible women who are passionate about learning and development. You’ll get to build your knowledge of WAGGGS facilitation. 

Time Commitment: You’ll need to commit to providing tech/admin support for one of the two cohorts listed below, working with another volunteer.
