📕Booking Pack📕
We have created a Booking Pack for MOs, which includes a wide range of useful information about our amazing host organisation, the Girl Guides Association of Cambodia, Siem Reap, where the conference will take place and useful information before you register and travel to the conference.
The Booking Pack provides details on the draft programme, registration process, venue and accommodation, the Get Ready for World Conference, and travel arrangements.
We strongly encourage you to read the entire Booking Pack before registering, as it contains important information to support your planning and participation.
*Please note, if you are an Honorary Associate who is registering for the World Conference as a Guest, please find your options below;
- Honorary Associates, regardless of how they register, may attend all WoCo sessions.
- Honorary Associates who register via the OB-PS platform may additionally attend all OB-PS sessions and events, including the OB-PS dinner and festivities. You can find more information about the OB-PS event here.
*For our Arabic speaking friends, we have been unable to amend a couple of translations that are hard-coded on the Cvent system. It is on the 'Add Group Member' See more information below;
Registration Summary Page:
On the Registration summary page, you will see there is a button called 'Add Group Member', this is where you can add more members to your delegation (see button below;
When you click on this button a pop-up will appear (see below);
As you can see, there are two buttons which are not translated correctly. These buttons are;
Cancelar = Cancel
Seguinte = Next
To add a group member, you will need to select your band and click 'Seguinte'.
Pending Registration Page
On the Pending Registration page, the 'Add Group Member' button can't be translated. See image below to see how the button is displayed
When you click this button, the pop-up will display exactly the same as the other pop-up image.
