Pakistan Girl Guides Association worked with the Capacity Building Fundraising and Finance Team on a proposal for a Guide House in Gilgit Batistan. They assessed their capacity and decided not to proceed with the project and associated grant applications.
They took the learnings from this process and conducted their own online workshops and trainings for chapters, members and staff.
