World Conference Registrations are now open!
Register now to be part of our Movement’s largest global event. Hosted by Girl Guides Association of Cambodia, the World Conference is your chance to connect with peers, learn together, celebrate our achievements and help shape the future of our Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting.
There’s less than one month to submit your membership data for 2025. Please complete the Census by the 13 February 2026.

World Conference Registrations, Now Open
We are excited to announce that registration for the 39th World Conference is now open and available in Arabic, English, French and Spanish. Register yourself and your delegation using one of the three options below by 16 March 2026. We look forward to welcoming you to Cambodia!
- Option 1: Register and pay for your entire delegation as one group. An appointed person registers everyone at the same time and submits a single payment for the entire delegation.
- Option 2: Register and pay for your delegation individually. Each member of your delegation will register themselves. If your delegation registers individually, you will not be able to submit a single payment for the group.
- Option 3: Register and pay for specific members of your delegation. An appointed person will need to register and submit a single payment for those specific members.
16–17 Year Old Participation Pilot
We are inviting up to five Member Organisations to include a young person aged 16-17 in their delegation for the World Conference. Read more about this opportunity and express your interest here.

Member Organisations can register one Head Delegate, one Delegate and up to eight Observers. If one-third of your delegation is under the age of 30, you may add two additional Observers (under 30). This would increase the maximum number of your delegation to 12.

Proposed Motions, Call for Proposed Amendments, and Draft Rules of Procedure
We are pleased to share the details of the Proposed Motions to amend the wording of the WAGGGS
Constitution and Bye-Laws: Document 6a: Proposed Motions – Constitution and Bye-Laws. Member Organisations are invited to review the Proposed Motions.
In addition, we are pleased to share Document 1a: Draft Rules of Procedure for consultation. If you wish to propose an amendment to any of the Proposed Motions and/or provide feedback on the Draft Rules of Procedure, please send your submissions to [email protected] by 23.59 (UTC) on Thursday 26 February 2026.
World Conference Calendar
The World Conference calendar includes all key dates and deadlines you need to prepare for the event, including nominations for the World Board and interest to host the next World Conference.
Membership Fee Implementation Review 
As agreed at the Extraordinary General Meeting in September 2024, WAGGGS will review the implementation of the new global membership fee model and present its findings at the 39th World Conference in 2026.
As part of this process, Member Organisations are welcome to send any feedback to [email protected] by 28 February 2026.

Regional Conference Evaluation Report
Thank you for completing the Regional Conference evaluation. In December, the World Board reflected on your feedback and the review conducted in response to Motion 24 from the 37th World Conference, to improve future global and regional events.
The Europe Region have provided additional information to address Motion EGC_04 which is available to view in English and French here.

Save the date - WAGGGS Update Sessions in 2026
This year, we’re hosting two online WAGGGS Update sessions a Regional Update and a Global Update. These interactive sessions will bring us together to share experiences, exchange ideas and shape what’s next for our Movement.
- Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th April – Regional Update, online across five regional meetings available in the relevant regional languages.
- Saturday 21st November – Global Update, online and available in Arabic, English, French and Spanish.
