Registrations for the 38th World Conference will open on 19 January 2023.
To help you and your delegation prepare for the registration process, we have prepared the Booking Pack for you.

As part of the preparations for the 38th World Conference, we are pleased to invite applications to be a Teller at the conference. If you would like to apply for the role of Teller, click here to send your application form before 23.59pm UTC on Tuesday 28 February 2023.

We are looking for an enthusiastic International Service Team (IST) to help us deliver the 38th World Conference in Cyprus! If you enjoy working at events and want to gain experience at an international event, we would love to hear from you.

🏅 Call for Olave Award Nominations
The Olave Award honours the memory of the World Chief Guide, Lady Olave Baden-Powell, and keeps alive her belief in the spirit of service. It is open to all Girl Guide and Girl Scout groups/units/troops who have planned and carried out a project based on the theme of sustainability from September 2021 to July 2023.

Networking and sharing have always been an important part of the World Conference and in 2023 we want it to be at the heart of the programme.
To help us plan an interesting programme that is tailored to all Member Organisations, you can send submit your ideas on this Form by Tuesday 28 February 2023.

- 20 January 2023: deadline for Proposed Motions that require a change in the WAGGGS Constitution and Bye-Laws
- 23.59pm UTC on Tuesday 31 January 2023: deadline for nominations
- 31 January 2023: deadline for expression of interest form to host the 39th World Conference
- 31 March 2023: deadline for non-Constitutional Proposed Motions
