The 6th Pacific Strategy Meeting (7-12 December 2024) has successfully concluded!

We held the last Pacific Strategy Meeting in Australia in 2013, and so, The 6th Pacific Strategy Meeting at Fiji Girl Guides Association, is both timely and invaluable.

We were honoured to welcome esteemed guests, including World Board Member, Fiona Bradley; Chair of the Asia Pacific Regional Committee, Chempaka Emalin Pahamin; Vice-Chair of the Asia Pacific Regional Committee, Prarthana Liyanage, Pacific MO Support Volunteer, Belinda Allen, and Legal Advisor of FGGA, Mele Rakai. 

This Gathering is not just an opportunity to reconnect, but also a platform to strengthen communication and collaboration between the five Pacific Member Organisations—Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Solomon Islands, and Tonga—and the Asia Pacific Regional Committee. Together, we will share ideas, exchange updates, and explore avenues for greater support. 🤝🏼 

Thank you to Fiji Girl Guides Association for your wonderful hospitality! We look forward to working through the Capacity Assessment Tool with the Pacific MOs, and strategise how the Region and WAGGGS can offer meaningful support! 🔨
