Following the success of the Unity Pin Project, the Region is now launching this project as a Triennium Project from 2026-2028, up until the WAGGGS Centenary Celebrations in 2028!

The Unity Pin 2026-2028 project is comprised of an annual:

1. Unity Pin Design Competition

2. Unity Pin Sales

The winning designs of each year’s Unity Pin Design Competition from 2026-2028 can be combined into one-single pin, connected by a gold/ silver chain. The concept visual of ALL 3 pins at the end of the Triennium Project is as follows:

Whilst the Unity Pin Design Competition 2026 is still ongoing, we are launching the AP Unity Pin Sales 2026 Early Bird, so that the Guiding Community can secure your purchases at a discounted price, in advance!

Details of the 2026 Unity Pin and Sales below:

• 2-cm diameter metal pin

• With safety pin

• Available through online orders and physical sales at Regional Events

• First-come-first-served, while stocks last

Price Chart:

Make sure to collect the Asia Pacific Region Unity Pin every year, until the WAGGGS Centenary celebrations in 2028!

Order Process:

1. Fill out the Google Form to place your order.

2. Ensure all details, including name, contact information, quantity and delivery preferences, are accurate.

3. After the order is submitted, the buyer will receive an invoice to complete payment based on the payment method preferred.

4. The order will be confirmed after successful payment. A confirmation email or message will be sent.

5. Orders are non-refundable after confirmation.

6. We accept bulk orders for MOs and FAPW Chapters.

Payment Methods:

• Available payment methods:

1. Bank Transfer to WAGGGS account

2. Credit Card

3. Cash on pick-up at AP Region physical events

• Payment must be completed within 7 days after receiving the invoice. The payment should be titled as “APR Unity Pin Order - Buyer's name - Quantity ordered”.

• Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID) should then be sent to the AP Region email: [email protected] and [email protected] 

   

Delivery and Collection Arrangements:

1. Buyers can choose to either:

   1. Pick up their pins at any Asia Pacific Region physical event; or opt for 

   2. Delivery via international courier.

2. Pick-Up/ Self Collection:

   1. Buyer is required to specify the Asia Pacific Region physical event which they wish to pick-up the pins at.

   2. Buyer needs to provide the name of Member Organisation or collector in advance. The concerned invoice should be shown on-site upon collection.

3. For international delivery:

   1. Shipping cost will be applied to orders with less than 50 pins (i.e. 1-49 pins).

   2. Shipping cost will be free and waived, for orders of 50 pins or more.

   3. The amount will be determined by the weight and Country of delivery after order placed.

4. Shipping window:

   1. Early Bird Orders: Pins will be shipped within 3 weeks after Official Sale begins, for orders with payment settled.

   2. Official Sale Orders: Pins will be shipped within 3 weeks after payment settled.
