Our leadership development framework was designed so it can apply to any member of the Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting Movement, whatever their age or role. We know leadership is a journey, it's not linear and it doesn't look the same for everyone.
We have created four audience groups, corresponding to four different roles you can have in the Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting Movement. Chances are, you are going to be part of several audience groups at different parts of your life, and you will be part of different audience groups at the same time!
