Visitors from most countries require a visa to enter Cambodia. The Girl Guides of Cambodia Association (GGAC) have generously negotiated free visas for all those attending the WAGGGS World Conference and OB-PS Event. If you wish to receive a free visa, please do not apply separately. Your visa will be processed as part of a group application submitted by GGAC.
Individuals included in the official list will receive a multiple-entry visa, allowing travel in and out of Cambodia during the validity period. Please note that the visa will be valid for three months from the date of issuance.
If you are not eligible for a visa on arrival, please check with your airline and departure authorities regarding any supporting documentation that may be required. GGAC’s immigration team will do their best to accommodate these requests where possible.
Upon arrival at designated Cambodian ports of entry, eligible participants will receive the approved visa category free of charge.

Please check all your information matches your passport and you have uploaded a valid and clear picture of your photo page from your passport. Kindly ensure that the passport picture provided is of sufficient quality for processing.
Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may not be included in the official list.
If we do not receive your travel details by 15 May 2026, you will need to arrange your own visa.
