As part of the WAGGGS Global Strategy , WAGGGS is committed supporting Member Organisations to deliver a high quality Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting experience. Through your gifts on Giving Day, WAGGGS has been able to continue developing the Capacity Building Framework that supports WAGGGS Member Organisations strengthen their organisational capacity and be overall better equipped to offer a high-quality girls experience to their members.
This is done through tailored support, meaning that a qualified volunteer (or a team) will work with the leadership of a MO to assess together their needs, agree on the change they want to see in their organisation, assess their resources and then work together on a plan that is relevant to the MO, accessible and achievable, exciting and MO-lead.
