World Conference Registration
- Registration will open on 12 December 2025.
- Registration will be available in Arabic, English, French and Spanish.
You have three options when registering for the World Conference:
Option 1: Register and pay for your entire delegation as one group. An appointed person registers everyone at the same time and submits a single payment for the entire delegation.
Option 2: Register and pay for your delegation individually. Each member of the delegation will register themselves. If your delegation registers individually, you will not be able to submit a single payment for the group.
Option 3: Register and pay for specific members of your delegation. An appointed person will need to register and submit a single payment for those specific members.
Preparing for World Conference Registrations:
- All registered attendees must have a unique email address.
- Click here to view all questions you will be asked during the registration process, information you can begin gathering now.
- When registrations open, you can use the gathered information to complete registration on the event platform (Cvent).
- Click here to find the official Member Organisation delegation letter template. You will need to upload the completed letter during the registration process.
The Olave Baden-Powell Society (OB-PS) Event is happening together with the World Conference. If you are also an OB-PS Member, please indicate this when registering for the World Conference.
Please note: We will request your travel information at a later date.
Member Organisations will be able to register 1 Head Delegate, 1 Delegate and a maximum of 8 Observers.
If one third of your delegation is under the age of 30, MOs have the option to add 2 further (under 30) Observers. This would increase the maximum number of your delegation to 12.
Please register your delegation before 16 March 2026.
Member Organisations should make every possible effort for at least one third of their delegation to be under the age of 30.
