Membership Fee Review Survey – deadline 28 April
Thank you so much for attending the recent consultation sessions on 23rd March and 6th April 2024. We really value your time and contributions during these sessions. You can find all the relevant documents shared so far on Campfire; including the data table with illustrative figures (by Member Organisation) to provide an indication of potential fees from the different models, before the application of additional rules or caps.
We would now like to invite each Member Organisation (MO) to complete a quick survey to collect some quantitative data on the different membership fee models and methodologies. You can find a link to the different surveys by language here. We kindly ask that you complete the survey by 28 April 2024.
We will share a summary of feedback from the consultation sessions and the survey with all MOs in due course.
Reminder: Applications for Procedural Team close on 15 April
As mentioned in EGM Circular 1, the World Board invites Member Organisations to nominate suitable candidates for the Procedural Team for the EGM and the remainder of the 2024-2026 triennium. As first trialled in 2020/2021, the intention is to appoint a Procedural Team for the whole 2024-2026 triennium. This means that the successful candidates will be appointed for both the EGM and the 39th World Conference. The Procedural Team members might also be called upon to provide support to the teams delivering Regional Conferences in 2025.
The deadline for applications is Monday 15 April.
Requesting a call with the Membership Fee Review Steering Group
If you would like to arrange a call with the Membership Fee Review Steering Group to share your thoughts or ask more questions (for example, some Federations raised the issue of dividing fees across their Component Associations during the consultations), please email us via [email protected] and we can arrange a discussion (with interpretation, if required).
Please email us as soon as possible and no later than Friday 12 April if you would like to specifically arrange a call before the survey deadline.
