🤔 Registration Process Summary 🤔
We are excited to announce that registration for the 39th World Conference is now open and available in Arabic, English, French and Spanish. We will be using the platform, Cvent for the registration process and for voting during the World Conference. We used Cvent for registration and voting for the Regional Conferences last year, so we hope most MOs will have had some experience with this platform 🙂

*Please note, we have early Bird discounts if you register before the 16 February. We also request that all registrations are completed before 16 March 2026.

👥 MO Delegations:
Member Organisations can register one Head Delegate, one Delegate and up to eight Observers.
If one-third of your delegation is under the age of 30, you may add two additional Observers (under 30). This would increase the maximum number of your delegation to 12.
🤔 Ways to register for the World Conference:
- Option 1: Register and pay for your entire delegation as one group. An appointed person registers everyone at the same time and submits a single payment for the entire delegation.
- Option 2: Register and pay for your delegation individually. Each member of the delegation will register themselves. If your delegation registers individually, you will not be able to submit a single payment for the group.
- Option 3: Register and pay for specific members of your delegation. An appointed person will need to register and submit a single payment for those specific members.

🛂🪪 Passport information:
Please be aware you will be asked to add passport information and to upload a picture of your passport when registering. This is a mandatory question. If you are registering your entire delegation as one group, you will need all of their information and a picture of their passport. This information will be used to create a letter to support with obtaining a visa for all attendees.
🪙 Grants:
Grants will be available to support Member Organisations to participate in the 39th World Conference. For more information, go to page 6 or click here.
🙋♀️🙋 16–17-Year-Old Participation Pilot:
WAGGGS are inviting up to five Member Organisations to include a young person of this age in their delegation, you can read more about this opportunity and express your interest here.
🏅Honorary Associates:
If you are an Honorary Associate who is registering for the World Conference as a Guest, please find your options below;
- Honorary Associates, regardless of how they register, may attend all WoCo sessions.
- Honorary Associates who register via the OB-PS platform may additionally attend all OB-PS sessions and events, including the OB-PS dinner and festivities. You can find more information about the OB-PS event here.
