As part of efforts to help Member Organisations (MOs) understand the Growing and Learning (GAL) framework and prepare for accreditation, this session will explore what is meant by "growth outcomes" and their importance for both young members and adults.
Participants will reflect on how their organisations define growth outcomes and how they measure their success.
Target audience: Those in MOs responsible for making strategic decisions about programmes and training, or those involved in GAL accreditation.
Language: This session will be delivered in English only, with no interpretation available. Additional sessions in French, Spanish and Arabic, including options with interpretation, will be offered soon.
