To support Member Organisations (MOs) in understanding the Growing and Learning (GAL) framework and preparing for accreditation, this session will explore the purpose and key components of a learning and development framework.
Participants will reflect on what their organisations already have in place and consider the steps they could take to strengthen their existing learning and development systems.
Target audience: Those in MOs responsible for making strategic decisions about programmes and training, or those involved in GAL accreditation.
Language: This session will be delivered in English only, with no interpretation available. Additional sessions in French, Spanish and Arabic, including options with interpretation, will be offered soon.
