🤝 Bidding Process 2029 🤝
The WAGGGS World Conference is our highest decision-making event, held every three years. Only Full Member Organisations may bid to host, and all component associations must agree.
The Conference sets WAGGGS’ policies and strategy and brings together 400–500 participants to share ideas and highlight our global work. The 40th World Conference will take place in 2029, between May and September.
You will find the Bidding Process document and Expression of Interest Form below. Please complete this Expression of Interest form as fully as possible and return by 31 January 2026.
