The Asia Pacific Region Growing and Learning Workshop (11-14 June 2024) has successfully concluded!
The Asia Pacific Region Governance Workshop was held in India 🇮🇳 from 11-14 June 2024, with over 10 participating MOs, giving participants the opportunity to to define and explore the principles of good governance. 🗳️
During the workshop, participants explored topics like decision-making, the partnership between board and staff, the use of the Capacity Assessment Tool in governance assessment, and safeguarding. Participants also dive into crucial topics like the role of the Board, risk management, board recruitment and succession planning, the Constitution, and other governing documents to achieving their goals for their Member Organisations. 🔍📝
