Just having young people involved is not enough for an experience to be considered meaningful youth participation. In this section, we will go through the principles that make Youth Participation a meaningful experience.

- Read through the scenarios and select x 1 that you would like to reflect on.
- Next, pick 2 x principles and in the boxes provided suggest how applying these principles would help to improve the experience of young people in the scenario.
- Submit the form and if you would like more practice, repeat with a different scenario. Or, if you feel ready, move to the next part of the training.
