The Bharat Scouts and Guides (BSG) is a value-driven movement providing an inclusive education to youth. Anchored in the principles of duty to God, others, and self, BSG fosters holistic development—physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual.
Youth Programme
BSG’s Youth Programme emphasises “learning by doing” through age-appropriate schemes from Pravesh to Rashtrapati Award, nurturing skills, leadership, and community responsibility. Activities align with national priorities and the SDGs, offering:
Adventure camps, leadership seminars, and capacity-building workshops
Skill training in self-defence, digital literacy, and civic action
SDG advocacy and national climate change workshops
Women empowerment sessions
National Integration Camps promote cultural exchange
Youth also engage in impactful initiatives like Messenger of Peace, Plastic Tide Turners, Free Being Me, YLACC, Surf Smart and the CLAP Project, fostering global citizenship and social awareness.
Adult Learning & Development
Adult leaders undergo progressive training—Basic, Advanced, and Himalayan Wood Badge—supported by continuous workshops and digital modules. They contribute to community upliftment, gender sensitisation, climate action, and international collaboration, while advancing digital and communication skills.
Their commitment is recognised through esteemed honours such as the Silver Elephant Award and National/State Level Awards.
BSG continues to shape responsible citizens and compassionate leaders for a better, united world.
