So, how can we offer learning experiences that support the lifelong learning of our members and develop the eight growth outcomes? By facilitating non-formal learning using the Girl Guide and Girl Scout Method and the Girl Guide and Girl Scout Leadership Model.
Our approach supports our members to “learn to learn” and to see themselves as lifelong learners and leaders. How can we make sure every person who facilitates Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting has a deep and active understanding of our approach, and how to weave the elements together to create meaningful learning experiences for all?
