It is with great excitement that we share with you that registrations for the virtual 17th Western Hemisphere Regional Conference are now open!
We also would like to share with you the first version of the Regional Triennial Action Plan, the consultation process, and the guidelines to propose motions that will be discussed and voted during our Regional Conference.

The deadline to register is 30 April, 2025 at 11:59 EST.
First Draft of the Regional Triennial Action Plan 2026-2028
We are pleased to share with you the first draft of the 2026-2028 Regional Triennial Action Plan for consultation. Please make your contributions through this form or send any written feedback to [email protected] with the subject: "Regional Triennial Action Plan feedback" before Friday 14th March 2025.
In addition, we will hold a consultation workshop on Saturday 1st March 2025. You will find the registration information (who can attend, how to prepare, etc.) in the introductory letter.
Each representative must register for the workshop. After registering, an email with the link to join the workshop will be sent to the participant.
Proposed Motions
Member Organisations can propose motions for discussion and voting upon at the Regional Conference. A set of guidelines has been prepared to assist Member Organisations when considering whether to submit a Proposed Motion. These guidelines explain the purpose of Regional Conference Motions, guidance on which Motions should/could be taken to a Regional Conference and guidance on how to write a Motion.
If you would like to propose a motion for discussion at the Regional Conference, please complete the Proposed Motions form and return it by email to [email protected] by 23.59pm (UTC) on Monday 7 April 2025 at the latest. You can also use this email address to contact the Procedural Team for advice and guidance before submitting a Proposed Motion.
Reminders
The deadline to submit candidates under 30 years old to the Regional Committee 2025-2028 is Thursday 13 February, 2025. More information is available on Campfire.
