Here is the third circular of the conference for the 24th Arab Regional Conference to be held in Algeria hosted by the Algerian Muslim Scouts,
which includes a set of important documents for your effective participation in the conference.

This circular contains:

- The consultation letter
- Draft Regional Triennial Action Plan 2026-2028 – Version 1
- Proposed motions guidelines

We kindly ask you to review these documents and prepare to participate effectively in the conference discussions.

We would also like to clarify the dates of the 24th Regional Conference

- August 8th : Arrival in Algeria
- August 9-10-11: Conference days
- August 12th : Departure from Algeria

You will receive details of the registration and accommodation soon,  along with the registration link.
