A call for Proposed Motions for consideration at the 15th Asia Pacific Regional Conference was circulated to Member Organisations on 20th February 2025 with a submission deadline of 21st April 2025. The Asia Pacific Regional Committee has two Proposed Motions.
The deadline for Proposed Amendments to these Proposed Motions and for any Tabled Proposed Motions was 7pm local time in India on Tuesday 19 August 2025.
The Procedural Team received one Tabled Proposed Motion before this deadline. In this document, we are sharing with you the two Proposed Motions from the Regional Committee, as well as the new Tabled Proposed Motion.
All three Proposed Motions will be voted upon at the Regional Conference.
