Regional Committee Candidate List and Election Booklet
Here you can find the list of CANDIDATES FOR THE WESTERN HEMISPHERE REGIONAL COMMITTEE, 2025-2028 below. Due to changes on the call for nominations process dates, the Election Booklet, which provides detailed information on each candidate, will be distributed to Member Organizations in Circular No. 6, on Friday, May 15, 2025.
In addition, we will share information about opportunities to collaborate with the candidates prior to the Regional Conference.

Proposed Motions
We would like to inform you that no motions have been submitted to date. We thank the Member Organizations for their interest during the consultation process, as well as their participation and contributions to developing the Triennium Action Plan. Please consult the document below for more information on the next steps:
Conference Registration Fee Payment
Many thanks to all Member Organizations who registered on time to participate in the 17th Western Hemisphere Regional Conference. Each member of your delegation has received an email to confirm their information and submit the corresponding payment through the registration platform (Cvent).
The payment deadline is Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (EDT).

Opening Ceremony and International Night Guidelines
We look forward to you joining us online at the Western Hemisphere Regional Conference. Our team is already preparing various virtual experiences to make the conference unforgettable.
