17th Western Hemisphere Regional Conference 2025: Circular 7

The countdown has started! we are two weeks away from the 17th Western Hemisphere Regional Conference and to be ready, we have included in this circular the Cvent Platform guide and the voting process, an update on motions and some important reminders that will help your delegation to participate in the Conference.

Orientation Session: Saturday 21st June

We're pleased to share information about the Orientation Session with you, which will be your essential guide to understanding how the conference works, what to expect, and how to fully participate. You'll find the link for the Orientation Session on the Attendees’ Hub.

The orientation session will take place on Saturday, June 21, from 11:00 to 12:30 a.m. EDT (in English and Spanish).

Cvent Platform guide and the voting process

We encourage you to explore the Cvent Platform and Voting Guide and go to the Attendee’s Hub before joining the Orientation Session so you can access the platform, view all Regional Conference sessions, and find helpful documents.

Proposed Motions  
Please, read the document that includes the proposed motions, which will be voted on during the upcoming Regional Conference and make sure that all members of your delegation understand the content before the Regional Conference starts.
