Warm greetings! We look forward to you joining us online at the Western Hemisphere Regional Conference. Our team is already preparing various virtual experiences to make the conference unforgettable. We hope to have a high level of participation and have prepared the following document that details ways in which you can help us:
Opening Ceremony
One PowerPoint Slide - This can include pictures and graphics about your country, pictures of the delegates that will be attending for your country etc. Please do not include sound/videos.

Video telling an outstanding project of your Member Organization
- Maximum duration 30 seconds. It is expected that the video will show one of your country’s special projects.
- Subtitles need to be in English and Spanish to to ensure inclusion.
It can be in relation to community service, world programs, or activities that make them proud of the impact they had on girls.
International Night
Trivia Questions about your MO -Please send us four or five trivia questions, - These can be easy or hard - about your MO whether that is about the country (e.g. food, languages, cultures, geography) or the Girl Guiding/Scouting movement (e.g. number of members, badges, programs etc).
Closing Ceremony
Photos or videos during the conference
We want to share images of your experience at the Conference, so we ask you to capture your memories through photographs, which you can upload to social media channels and add #17WHReCo
