Thank you again for being part of our online Extraordinary General Meeting, we really appreciated all your engagement and participation in the lead up to, and during, the event.

Evaluation survey 

The EGM Planning Team has already started to reflect on the EGM and ways that we can improve the way we deliver online events in the future. For example, ways to improve the roll call process, reviewing the registration process and voting platform etc. 

 

We would also like to hear from Member Organisations about their experience. This week we will be sharing an evaluation survey with all Head Delegates for them to complete on behalf of their whole delegation. If you were a member of a delegation and have any suggestions or comments on the EGM, please share these with your Head Delegate so they can share them with us.  

 

If you attended the EGM as a Guest or as a member of the WAGGGS Global Team we will share an evaluation survey with you next week to gather your feedback.  

 

Your feedback will help us evaluate the success of this event and identify areas of improvement for similar virtual events in the future.

Voting outcomes  

The results of the voting at the EGM have been shared on Campfire here. 

 

The Record of Decisions will be shared next month and will include the full voting results as well as a summary of the main discussion points from the meeting.
