WAGGGS Membership Fee Support & Repayment Plan Form

 INTRODUCTION

 

This combined form is intended for Member Organizations (MOs) wishing to apply for:

  1. The Membership Fees Support Fund ( MFSF ): to apply for financial assistance for membership fees for the current year or three-year period.
  2. A Membership Dues Payment Plan ( MFRP ): to request a structured, tiered payment plan for current or past dues.

Before proceeding, please read the WAGGGS Membership Fee Policy and ensure that:

  • You have consulted with your Regional Committee member contact or with the WAGGGS staff contact.
  • Your OM is not currently suspended (suspended OMs are not eligible).
  • You understand that the MFSF cannot cover past debts.
  • You have prepared the relevant supporting financial documentation.
