- Maintain a policy of zero tolerance towards sexual exploitation and abuse in any form.
- Cultivate an environment of dignity, honor, and respect, empowering all individuals involved with WAGGGS to report complaints without fear of reprisal.
- Educate staff and volunteers on the severe consequences of sexual exploitation and abuse, including termination of employment and potential legal action.
- Ensure that all WAGGGS staff, volunteers, and partners have access to the safeguarding policy, where prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse is a core standard
