H.E. DITH Nita brings a wealth of leadership experience, financial expertise, and entrepreneurial insight that aligns strongly with the mission and values of the Olave Baden-Powell Society. As Chairwoman of both the Cambodia Microfinance Association and CAMMA Microfinance Limited, she has played a pivotal role in expanding financial inclusion and strengthening economic opportunities for women and communities across Cambodia.
Her academic background — including a Master’s Degree in Finance Management complements more than a decade of hands-on experience in credit management, business development, and institution building. From founding and leading her own construction and credit businesses to securing official recognition for her microfinance institution from the National Bank of Cambodia, she exemplifies resilience, innovation, and strong governance.
Her story reflects the same values that OB-PS champions: empowering women, fostering leadership, and creating pathways for girls and young women to thrive. Her presence showcases Cambodia’s leadership in economic empowerment and highlight the impact that visionary women can have on their communities.
