Our Light the Future fundraising campaign is now live, raising essential support for Get Ready for World Conference 2026. This is a programme designed to equip young leaders with the skills and confidence they need to step into decision-making spaces. You can donate and get involved today.
We’re also preparing for the upcoming OB-PS Board elections. More information will be shared soon, but if you’ve ever considered joining the board, we’d love to hear from you for an informal conversation about what’s involved.
This moment of growth extends across the whole Movement, with WAGGGS now proudly representing 11.2 million members around the world. We also extend a warm welcome to the new WAGGGS senior leadership team — Sally Elkes and Paul Bigmore, joining under the leadership of Nadine El-Achy — as they guide the organisation into a bold and exciting new chapter.

Light the Future
Every three years, the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts World Conference shapes the future of our global Movement. But many young women face barriers that keep them from being part of that conversation. Get Ready for World Conference is a special programme that equips participants under 30 with the training, support, and confidence to step into leadership — and speak up at the decision-making table.
