Our Mission: To inspire generosity and sustained financial support for the advancement of girls and young women through the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.


GOAL:  Increased Income Every Year
OUTCOMES:


 More Donations
•    Income from donations increases 5% per year.
•    The number of Members donating to appeals increases by 15% per year.
•    Exceed budget targets for fundraising campaigns, including Giving Day, and for OB-PS events. 
 

More Members
•    Increasingly successful recruitment by Ambassadors, Coordinators & Teams, Board and Individual Members.
•    Income from membership growth increases 15% per year.
•    Recruitment targets for OB-PS events are met.

CHALLENGES:
•    Making the best use of our resources; avoiding gaps and overlaps
•    Efficient and effective support for, and engagement of, all our Members, ACT’s, Board and Staff
•    Communicating effectively with members in the ways that suit them best ,
•    Setting targets, gathering data, and measuring progress are complicated
•    Tailored approaches for diverse membership contexts, e.g., language, age, culture relating to donating, taxation systems
•    Raising the profile of OB-PS
