The annual Academy is a high-quality training and networking event for current and future decision makers in Guiding and Scouting, hosted jointly by WAGGGS and the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM). This year more than 60% of participants were under 30, meaning over 100 young people received training this year.
The programme covered key European Region priorities, including advocacy, AI, mental health, leadership, environmental awareness. It also included sessions on fundraising, communication, safeguarding,
and governance delivered by specially trained WAGGGS facilitators.
