Booking Information & Deadlines
- Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Please secure your hotel accommodation, at special OB-PS Event rates.
- Special discounted rates are available for OB-PS participants, inclusive of breakfast and taxes.
- Deluxe Inland View Room €240/day (single or double occupancy)
- Deluxe Sea View Room €260/day (single or double occupancy)
- Deluxe Family Room Inland View €265/day (single or double occupancy)
- Deluxe Family Room Sea View €285/day (single or double occupancy)
- Our reserved room block is held until April 30, 2025. After this date, rooms may still be available, but reservations will be subject to general hotel availability and pricing.
- You may also extend your stay before or after the event at the same discounted rates.
How to Book
You can reserve your room at the Grand Resort by following the booking link and using the special event code that you receive after completing your registration.
You need to enter the code in the “coupon/voucher” box on the page where you enter your personal information and credit card information, to guarantee the reservation, near the end of the booking process. Before this step, you will see the full price the hotel is currently charging for the room and not the discounted rate. The discounted rate will appear after you enter the code on the credit card page.
You will have to provide valid credit card information at the time of booking, but no pre-payment is needed. You can cancel your reservation up to 2 weeks prior to arrival without penalty. If cancellation happens after that your credit card will be charged for the full accommodation cost.
If you are booking for 2 guests in a room you MUST USE THE SPECIAL REQUEST box to enter your request for 2 beds, if needed, and name of the second guest. If the second guest will have different arrival and/or departure dates please also enter this information.

Cancellation Policy
- A valid credit card is required at the time of booking, but no pre-payment is needed.
- Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 2 weeks before arrival.
- If you cancel less than 2 weeks before arrival, your credit card will be charged for the full accommodation cost.
