Register by April 30, 2025 and pay the Early Bird Registration Fee of €1,125.
After April 30, 2025, the Registration Fee is €1,300.
Payment is made on the registration form and will be charged based on these fees in Euros (€).
Dates and Location
Event Dates: Thursday October 16 – Monday October 20, 2025
Event Hotel: The GrandResort in Limassol, Cyprus. Please visit the Accommodation page for information about the GrandResort.
Event Timetable
The Event will officially begin on Thursday October 16 with a reception for Inaugural Members, due to begin at 17:30, followed by a welcome reception and light supper for all participants. These events will take place at the GrandResort, our Event hotel.
Earlier on Thursday afternoon, the ACTs will be gathering, from 13:00, also at the GrandResort.
The Event programme includes a full day programme on Sunday October 19th. The event will officially close after the dinner on Sunday evening. Thus, participants should plan to stay until Monday October 20th. View the Event programme here.

The Registration Form includes a range of details about you, your preferences and special needs you may have to have a safe and enjoyable experience at the Event. If you are going to be presented as an Inaugural Member, or in recognition of moving to a higher giving level, please note you will be asked to provide a short citation (up to 50 words) for your presentation.
Once you have filled in the Registration Form, you will be presented with a “Congratulations” screen. If you need to change some information or provide an update, you can scroll to the bottom of that page and press ‘modify registration’.
If you are returning to the site on a different day, there is an ‘already registered’ button at the top of the registration page. Click this and you will be able to access your registration. You will be able to make changes up to July 31, 2025.
Registering more than one person at the same time: First, you must complete your own registration, including adding the fee. At the bottom of the page, press next, and it will then summarise your registration details. Below this summary is the button ‘Add Group Member’. Here you can add and register one or more additional participants. Each participant must be registered with a different email address, you cannot register multiple people using the same email.
Registration fees will be charged in Euros, as this is the currency used in Cyprus. The registration fee needs to be paid in full at the time of registration.

Travel Documents
Those requiring a Visa to travel to Cyprus will need to provide passport details on the Registration Form. For more information on visa requirements, please refer to the “Cyprus – Things to Know” page.
Please check whether the new international travel document system, ETIAS, applies to you and complete the necessary application, if applicable.
Getting to the Event
The legal ports of entry into the Republic of Cyprus are the international airports of Larnaca and Paphos. They are approximately 35-minute drive and 50-minute drive respectively from the Venue. We anticipate most participants will travel to Larnaca.
Our Cyprus Hosts are arranging transportation from these airports to the Event hotel on Wednesday Oct. 15 and Thursday Oct. 16. For this reason, we will need to know your arrival information as soon as it is available. (See the registration form.) Once the range of arrival times is known, more details will be provided regarding this service.
If you are arriving outside the times for the organized event transportation, you will be able to take a taxi from either airport to our hotel in Limassol.
BY TAXI Taxis are readily available 24/7 at both airports (Larnaca and Pafos).They offer a direct and comfortable way to reach the GrandResort Limassol. The cost is around 70 euro.
BY BUS For those seeking a budget-friendly option, the island’s bus service provides regular connections from both airports to Limassol. The cost is around 10 euro one way and it makes a stop right outside the hotel on the way from Larnaca. On the way from Pafos airport participants can take the bus to Larnaca airport and again there is a stop outside the hotel.

If you plan to leave from Larnaca Airport on Monday, October 20th, please indicate this on the Registration Form. If there are sufficient numbers, we will investigate arranging for group transportation to the airport, at an extra cost.
Registering at the Event
Onsite registration will take place at the GrandResort on Wednesday October 15 and Thursday October 16. Opening hours for the registration desks will be confirmed closer to the time.
Post-Event Tour
If you are interested in traveling with other Event participants after the Event, please check out the Post Event Tour. This tour will only run if there are 30 people who want to participate. Numbers will be capped at 50. Please indicate your intention to participate on the Registration Form. This will help us determine the likely number of tour participants.
