Where can I access information about the EGM?

How many MOs will be present at the EGM?
All MOs received an invitation to register for the EGM on 24 May 2024. The deadline for registration is 5 July 2024.
As of the 2 July 2024 there are 171 attendees registered from 90 Member Organisations.
What languages will the EGM be conducted in?
The EGM will have interpretation in all WAGGGS languages (Arabic, English, French and Spanish).
Session presenters and delegates may choose to speak in any of the four WAGGGS languages.
EGM Record of Decisions
The Record of Decisions will be published within one month of the close of the EGM.
As per Motion 6, passed at the 38th World Conference, this document will be a " written record of all conference decisions, including Motions/Amendments and their proposer, together with a summary of the main discussion points, the number of votes cast for, votes cast against and the number of abstentions”.
Will the number of votes cast be announced when it is announced whether the motions have passed or not?
Yes, we will announce the number of votes cast when giving the results, after each vote.
