The Registration Fee is $975
Payment is made on the registration form and will be charged based on these fees in US Dollars.

Event Dates: Monday 15th June (programme begins in the evening) –Saturday 20th June (departure date).

Event Timetable

The Event will officially begin on Monday 15th June with a Welcome Dinner.

The Event programme includes a full day programme on Friday 19th June. The event will officially close after the dinner on Friday evening. Thus, participants should plan to stay until Saturday 20th June. View the Event programme here.

On-line Event Registration

The Registration Form includes a range of details about you, your preferences and special needs you may have to have a safe and enjoyable experience at the Event. If you are going to be presented as an Inaugural Member, or in recognition of moving to a higher giving level, please note you will be asked to provide a short citation (up to 50 words) for your presentation.

Once you have filled in the Registration Form, you will be presented with a “Congratulations” screen. If you need to change some information or provide an update, you can scroll to the bottom of that page and press ‘modify registration’.

If you are returning to the site on a different day, there is an ‘already registered’ button at the top of the registration page. Click this and you will be able to access your registration. You will be able to make changes up to 1st June.

Registering more than one person at the same time: First, you must complete your own registration, including adding the fee. At the bottom of the page, press next, and it will then summarise your registration details. Below this summary is the button ‘Add Group Member’. Here you can add and register one or more additional participants. Each participant must be registered with a different email address, you cannot register multiple people using the same email.

Registration fees will be charged in US Dollars. The registration fee needs to be paid in full at the time of registration.

Onsite registration will take place at the Sokha Conference Centre on Monday 15th June. Opening hours for the registration desks will be confirmed closer to the time.
