The Growing and Learning Hub is designed to provide members of the Movement with the knowledge needed to deliver a quality learning experience to youth and adults through the Growing and Learning framework.

The Growing and Learning Project is a global WAGGGS initiative. It sets out the characteristics of quality Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting and defines the impact our work should have on individual members by setting out a common set of growth outcomes.

47 Member Organisations have been part of developing Growing and Learning so far. It builds on and completes previous work on Prepared to Learn, Prepared to Lead and integrates the WAGGGS Leadership model. 

At this stage of the project, the policy and concepts parts of the Growing and Learning framework are complete. The next step is to develop more specific content that focuses on the youth and adult stages in more detail (by the end of 2025).
